Audition Results

Following auditions, accepted students to the 2016 SWRO will be emailed and listed on this page.
We assume that all accepted students are able to participate in SWRO (See dates listed above). If you have an unexpected emergency/conflict that restricts you from participating, please contact Dr. Gottlieb immediately so that she may extend this opportunity to an alternate.

Students who are accepted as Alternates or Not Accepted will receive a letter stating their current status. If you are not accepted this year, please consider auditioning next year.

If accepted:

1. Download entire music for the concert, under Music-Full Parts, and start practicing

2. Use the audio recordings to help you become familiar with the music. A great practice tip is to listen to the music while following along in your part. You are expected to know your part prior to the read-through rehearsal on November 8th!

3. Go to https://squareup.com/market/omeaswro/southwest-regional-orchestra to pay the $50 participation fee. (This covers clinician fees and food for you!)

4. Make sure all the dates and times of rehearsals are in all your calendars and make sure to invite friends and family to the concert on Sunday at 3:00.

SWRO 2016 Audition Results: Congratulations to the following musicians who have been accepted to play in the 2016 SWRO! There is an incredibly high level of musicianship represented here!
